Training with Brittney twice a week for an hour.
Run 2-3 miles 4-5 times a week
What keeps you motivated?
My personal trainer Brittney. And seeing pictures of myself before I lost weight.
Do you have a success story to share?
I started working out and eating right in January and I am down 35lbs. I have never been a runner but am now able to run. I just finished my first 5k.
