During the summer – water aerobics and biking 6 days per week
During the school year – water aerobics 3 days a week – biking – yoga – weights – walking
What keeps you motivated?
Working out reduces stress
I’ve made several friends who also attend water aerobics classes
The staff members at The Center are very friendly and encouraging
Do you have a success story to share?
I absolutely love The Center!
I find that if I spend 30 minutes every morning at The Center doing low impact exercises or completing a circuit of weights on the ActiveLinxx, I have more energy throughout the day. I always feel better after I exercise at The Center than when I first walked in! Every time I walk into The Center I am greeted with a smile and as I leave the staff encourages me to have a terrific day! 🙂
