What are your fitness goals for 2015?
– Get 405lbs on Flat Bench
– Consistently weigh 220+
– Drop Body Fat % to 12%
– And continue to challenge myself
What is your weekly workout routine?
Mon: Chest and Triceps
Tue: Back and Biceps
Wed: Shoulders and Light Legs
Thur: Arms (biceps and triceps)
Fri: Legs and ABS
Sat: Two lifts for each muscle group (high reps)
*10-20 min of cardio before or after workout
What keeps you motivated?
Knowing that my physical ability to overcome a threat in my line of work can determine if I go home at the end of my shift or not.
Do you have a success story to share?
While I served in the Army, I was deployed to the Middle East. I competed in an annual Batman Memorial Death March, which was held at a military base in Kuwait in the middle of the desert during a mild sand storm. It was a team event of 5 soldiers with the challenge of wearing our full combat uniforms with a minimum 30lb pack. It was my first marathon that I ever competed in. It was by far the most physically demanding task I have ever done, and due to hard training weeks prior, we took first place! It was a true honor.
