What are your fitness goals for 2017?
-More consistency on eating healthier meals and snacks
-Continue regular exercise that includes weight lifting, cardio workouts, and stretching
What is your weekly workout routine?
I do 3 days of 1 hour weight lifting workouts and 2 days of 1 hour cardio and abs workout.
What keeps you motivated?
A positive attitude will always be rewarding!
Do you have a success story to share?
I have had several major surgeries that have included neck, back, and partial shoulder replacement. Although these have brought difficult times, I have always found help through the Physical Therapy department and the staff at the Wellness Center to get me back on track.
