What are your fitness goals for 2019?
– To maintain health as much as possible
– Endurance, Strength and Increase Bone Density
What is your weekly workout routine?
– One hour each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
o 20 minute Nuestep and 40 minutes strength machines
– Working in yard and garden
– 3 hours at The Center per week
o 20minutes on treadmill and 40 minutes strength machines
– Plus walking and aerobics 30minutes the other 3 days per week
What keeps you motivated?
– I am trying to maintain strength and maneuver ability at my after of 83
– I know it is good for my health
– My husband comes at the same time, so we are accountable to one another!
Do you have a success story to share?
– I feel much better and stronger than I did last year!
– I feel stronger and have more energy!
