What is your weekly workout routine?
I participate in a variety of group fitness classes as well as use weights and cardio machines
A mixture of running, swimming, and biking plus some strength training

Becoming healthier together

Together we have lost 50+ pounds and have totally changed our lifestyle. We’re looking forward to more milestones in 2019!
