I took my first Yoga Class here at the Center for Health Improvement 10 years ago. Even though, over the years, I experienced intermittent breaks from Yoga for various reasons, it remained and still is an important part of my life. It wasn’t until I had a serious bicycle accident in Colorado in July of 2013, that I realized just how fast life can change and the importance of yoga, exercise and a healthy lifestyle are to me and my health. Thanks to my Skilled Surgeons, the Center for Health Improvements’ excellent PT Department and CHI Staff, I am fortunate to have gotten a second chance. The feeling of “feeling good”, sharing my passion for yoga and a love of learning is what motivates and inspires me.
The journey of learning is never-ending and as for Yoga, I will continue to study and grow through educational opportunities when possible.
