What inspires you to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle?
The first thing that inspires me and motivates me, is inspiring and motivating others. I enjoy helping individuals reach their fitness goals. However the thing that brings me the most happiness is the entire process of helping someone reach those goals! Seeing someone satisfied when they’ve ran a little faster or lifted a heavier weight, and knowing that I’ve helped them accomplish that is absolutely incredible! Even if I can just motivate someone to get to the gym or even help them have a better day just from words of encouragement gives me a feeling of accomplishment!
I enjoy living a fit and healthy lifestyle because I am blown away by what the human body is capable of. Every step ran on a treadmill, repetition of a lift, or any type of stress that our bodies are not adapted to will break our muscles down at first, but that’s so they can repair to become stronger and more powerful than before! The longer that one practices living a fit and healthy lifestyle will not only bring more years to your life, and will help you keep you doing what you love longer!
