**Patients will be notified of the wait time when they check in.  At the point where the patient’s wait time extends beyond our published closing time we will stop taking patients.  This allows all patients that are checked in to receive the full benefit of their time with us and allow our staff to adequately provide needed services. If in doubt, please call ahead to determine the status of checking in, especially in the evening hours.**

Convenient Care Walk In Clinic is NOT FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS In the case of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Walk in for a Full Range of Health Conditions

*Patients must be 6 month and older to be seen at Convenient Care.
*Kids 17 and under need to have an adult with them
*Appointments are not necessary
*You do not have to be a patient of HaysMed to be seen at Convenient Care
* Co-pay and self pay are due at time of service. Cash, credit/debit card or local checks accepted.
*Patients who present with serious illness or injury will be sent to the emergency room with appropriate transportation (may require ambulance)

For minor injuries and illnesses, our skilled staff provide high quality quick care that is convenient and affordable. We treat conditions that require immediate attention but are not considered to be life-threatening or severe enough to be cared for in the hospital emergency department.

Allergic reactions (mild)
Asthma
Back pain
Colds
Coughs
Ear infections
Eye irritations (scratches, pinkeye)
Fever
Flu symptoms
Fractures (splinting only)
Headaches and Migraines

Insect or animal bites that are not severe
Mild abdominal pain
Minor burns (including sunburns)
Minor cuts, lacerations or abrasions
Rashes
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
Sinus infection
Sprains and strains
Urinary problems or Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Vomiting
