HAYS, Kan. – HaysMed is pleased to announce that Felecia Minyard has joined the primary care team at the HaysMed Multispecialty Clinic in Dodge City, Kan.
As an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) since 2021 – and a registered nurse since 2002 – Minyard has provided comprehensive, personalized patient care for over twenty years. She cares for children and adults of all ages to address a wide spectrum of family medicine needs.
The advanced expertise of providers like Minyard, combined with a complete range of primary and specialty healthcare services, is key to HaysMed’s standing as one of the country’s top rural hospitals.
“As an advanced practice provider (APP) with such extensive experience, Felecia Minyard shares our commitment to ensuring patients in Dodge City and across western Kansas have convenient access to great primary care,” said Eddie Herrman, President and Chief Executive Officer at HaysMed. “We know personalized family medicine is so important, so we’re thrilled to expand our services in Dodge City to include primary care. Felecia is just the right person to help us to deliver great care to this growing community.”
Minyard earned her master’s in nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn. and her bachelor’s in nursing from Fort Hays State University. “I’m very excited to become part of the HaysMed family, and I look forward to helping our communities in and around Dodge City achieve their health goals,” Minyard said.
